Balochistan — Pakistan's vast, ancient western province — has a culinary heritage as rich as its landscape. Its food is simple, bold, and deeply rooted in nomadic tradition: whole animals slow-roasted over open fire, spiced with nothing more than salt, pepper, and time.

We brought those traditions to Bergen County, New Jersey in 2025 — and the response has been extraordinary. Balochistan Restaurant is the first and only authentic Balochi Pakistani restaurant in the region, and every dish we serve is a tribute to the people, culture, and flavors of that remarkable land.
